"Ricotta" Dip - Paleo

Ingredients:
1 C raw pine nuts - soaked for 12 hours (or overnight)
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 green onion

In a small food processor, combine all of the above ingredients and process for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
