Coming in at 25 calories per serving (makes 3) - it's not a bad addition to lunch or dinner!
Ingredients:
3 C sliced cucumbers
1 1/2 C sliced radishes
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp salt
Mix well to coat, and serve.
