Mocha Frappuccino - 35 calories, 3g


Ingredients:

4 cups strong coffee
2/3 C almond/coconut milk blend (unsweetened, only 45 calories/cup)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 packets splenda (or more)

Mix the coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and splenda together, and freeze.

In a blender, combine coffee mixture and almond&coconut milk blend.  Add a sugar free syrup for a kick, or more milk to neutralize.

VERY low calorie & low carb frappuccino! Enjoy! :)

  1. I've been using the chocolate almond milk for 45 calories and sugar free syrups - no splenda or cocoa powder or vanilla required. May be carbs - but no calories.
